Why coaching is important in the workplace shouldn't even be a question or something that should be discussed at length, but here we are. People are short on time, deliverables are piling up, and they forget about that personal balance. But to create a true content performance culture and even be successful in marketing, teams need to build and grow together. And that includes a certain level of coaching.
