Starting out - without the money to buy works by great artists - if Philip Mould couldn’t afford work by Gainsborough or Van Dyck he would find one. Some 30 years later, this single-minded focus and unique approach - born out of necessity and fuelled by passion - has seen Philip become synonymous with ‘sleepers’: the discovery of lost or unknown works of art.
