"You give me blood. I'll give you freedom." - a very famous slogan given by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. It continues to inspire many even today. Netaji was one of the greatest freedom fighters of India, founder of the Indian National Army (Azad Hind Fauj), a nationalist, a former president of the Congress and, so much more. Netaji also almost acquired Hitler's help for the Indian freedom struggle. Reports say that - Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose died in a plane crash on 18 August 1945. But the question is, did he? Did Netaji survived and flew to Russia? Did Netaji return to India? Who was Gumnami Baba? Was Netaji in India with the disguise name of Gumnami Baba? There are so many questions when it comes to the death of Netaji. In this episode, we have with us Anuj Dhar, an author, and a former journalist. He has published several books around the locus of death of Subhas Chandra Bose that propounds conspiracy theories about his' living for several years after the purported plane crash and has spent over 15 years in procuring and sourcing through thousands of records from across the world, interacting with eyewitnesses and consulting experts. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/awaara-musaafir/message
