Chris talks with Andy Hruby and Joe Paulson about the huge benefits of participating in a professional peer group to enhance your business.

In this conversation, the three discuss the “why, who, what, and how of a professionally facilitated peer group.”

This is an excellent opportunity to get a firsthand account on understanding the impact an executive level peer group could have on your business.

“Why” This is a great way to gain some new perspectives, and “out of the box” thinking. This also provides you a community with the absence of competition. You’re open to share everything about your business and get feedback that’s honest and heartfelt for your benefit. Our team structures 8 operations from various states to ensure that there is not any direct competition among the peers in the group. We also take a tremendous amount of time to ensure that we put operations together that will have the most synergy and connection as they work together over the four year period.
