In this show Dr Charles chats about some of the challenges of medicine in general practise, how it has impacted doctors but more importantly how its impacted patients. He says that doctors can recover lost income but patients with especially chronic conditions are heavily impacted by not seeing their doctors for extended periods. This has resulted in heart attacks, strokes and other chronic results and even in disability and death which cant be recovered. We also chat about technology and how this is a boon or a negative in consulting with patients.
