Learn how to quantify backlinks in a better manner so that you can better assign and track goals to your outreach (aka offsite SEO) team members.
One reason I prefer this system is that it grants much more points to the higher DR links which are critical considering that the DR range of 1-100 is not a linear scale but a logarithmic scale thus earning higher DR links should grant more points (and subsequently rewards) to your team members.
