In today’s episode, I’ll be speaking with Isaac, an amazing man with a long history of dealing with mental illness. Isaac's mother lived with bipolar disorder, and we explore how growing up with a parent facing mental illness shaped his childhood, touching on the challenges of understanding unpredictable moods and how that impacted his relationship with his mum.
We’ll also delve into Isaac’s experience of anxiety as a child, and his experiance as one that was sexually abused as a 8-10 year on. Isaac's life has been far from easy, but his perseverance and continued growth really inspired me to keep pushing forward in my own journey.
