This episode is going to tell my listeners about me, where I come from, and why I am doing a podcast now. I have suffered so many mental illnesses, depression, addictions, and being a single mom on the go, widowed with kids in sports, that I want to be able to help others out there that have gone or is going through the same stuff I have, and that I can give them some ideas to help them. Also, some quick dinner ideas for kids and families on the go.
