Imposter Syndrome could be holding you back from stepping out into social media.
What is it exactly? Its when you question if you are good enough to be sharing your knowledge or content on social media. You think other people are better than you so are or more experienced and you question whether you are just a imposter or phony who will soon be discovered by all. We totally get that feeling and so does our Surprised to be our Guest Alex Farrell.
Alex had no idea he would be joining the podcast and was lured in under false pretense of a fun dinner with Rachael :-) Well in all honestly it just sort of happened as Rachael and Neal were wrapping up another episode. We love what came from our chat with Alex about Imposter Syndrome and how to address it so it doesn't hold you back from growth on social media.
