This class/healing will cause your chakras to strengthen - it was created to prepare your body and make you more resilient to the huge energies that are pulsing upon our planet. As you know these energies are assisting us in this world wide /universal shift and are just going to increase over the next 20 years untill we reach a peak.
One of my very advanced students have been doing it daily. Lashmere has told me it has made her so much calmer and more centred. At this time she has done this meditation/healing over 80 times.
