MADEx is an amazing educational opportunity offered to students in colleges across Flanders, Belgium. A group of around 30 students visit the Bay Area every September to connect with Silicon Valley companies, work on a creative brief and spend the day with us! We had a packed day hosting the students and their instructors. Our students from the advertising program worked with them ideating and brainstorming as well as participating in their pitch event.
In this episode I chat to Natasja (the MADEx coordinator), Frederik (a Belgian student) and Jasmine (an advertising student at SJSU) about their takeaways on the experience. Listen in to hear about how the day went and why it was simply awesome!
