In this episode, we have an empowering interview with the CEO of The Ladipo Group and Creator of S.O.S for Superwomen, Tonya Ladipo. The Ladipo Group is a company dedicated to the emotional wellness of Black and African-American people and communities.

She is passionate about supporting women who pour to their careers, families, and forget to pour into themselves through the SOS for Superwomen movement.

Tonya started The Ladipo Group in 2004 out of anger caused by the inequalities towards people of color that she witnessed in other organizations.

She wants to challenge black people to change the narrative and become who we’re destined to be in this world. Listen in to learn how to build an intentional business and live an intentional life as a black woman in business.
