This was a fun episode in that it took us down a few different avenues.
Blue is an incredible being and one that is pretty direct with his words and meanings. In other words, he doesn't hold many punches.
He shares with us what it means to put yourself first and how he would prefer we looked at that statement. He also shared another way of looking at worry and how that can be a hinderance.
And of course, I shared my thoughts too! :)
