He is a veteran of 35 years in financial services, where he pushed DE&I alongside his day job as a Managing Director.

Geff is the Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) consultancy business helping commercial organizations progress their DE&I journeys, especially LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Geff has been decorated for his work many times, including winning the distinguished “LGBT+ Inspirational Leader Award” at the British LGBT Awards.

Geff is on a mission to make the world more inclusive, one organization at a time!

He believes commercial organizations – which have the reach, influence, and necessary wherewithal are significant engines of positive progress if equipped with the necessary education, tools, and motivation

He’s passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and wants people to:

• Understand the importance and value of inclusion in the workplace, for all concerned, staff, teams, and the organization.

• Understand how organizations can use their commercial influence to promote broader inclusion and equity beyond the borders of their own organizations.
