Episode five's incredible guest is Lliana Bird. Lliana is a writer, broadcaster, activist and mother of two young girls. She started out as a radio DJ, and holds the record as the longest standing female DJ on Xfm/Radio X, after 16 years on air. Lliana has created and presented over 100 podcast episodes of Geek Chic’s Weird Science and co-authored the accompanying book The Mice Who Sing For Sex (and other weird tales from the world of scinece). More recently, she wrote and co-directed two short films, including the multi award-winning ‘Snapshots’, and in 2023 published her debut children's book, Baboo the Unusual Bee.
