Kimberly humorously noted that it sounds more impressive to hire the Silicon Valley Alliances than just Kimberly Wiefling. This statement reflects the reputation of Silicon Valley Alliances as a hub of innovation and prototypes, rather than a place of failures.
Kimberly's journey into consulting and advising businesses is nothing short of inspiring. She started her own consulting business while still working at Hewlett Packard in 1995, offering career coaching services to her colleagues who were being laid off. This eventually led her to transition to full-time consulting and pivot to her current focus.
