Manage episode 402349215 series 3507558
How about a peek into the future of wellness and how it will impact you?
I chatted with my friend and colleague Kim Marshall, a fellow expert, podcaster and pioneer in her own right. Kim is the Co-Founder of S'well The Agency, and the host of the Global Wellness Conversations podcast. If wellness were a fashion show, we had a front row seat! We share what's ahead for 2024 and beyond in wellness trends, and I'm happy to report these are not fleeting fads but real movements that have staying power for the better.
If we had a crystal ball, it wouldn't be any more clear. This is some great stuff!
WE COVERED:
- Trends ranging from climate-adaptive wellness to how men's retreats are getting a makeover with an eye on building stronger bonds
- Weight loss drugs like Ozempic are here to stay-how can the wellness industry best support this controversial conversation?
- Hi-tech vs low-tech wellness: there's something for everyone!
Strategic storytelling and branding expert for the wellness and hospitality industries, Kim has worked as an executive at iconic hotel properties in the U.S. and established The Marshall Plan in 1995. The agency’s client list became a who’s who of spa resorts around the world. In 2018 she co-founded S’Well The Agency to focus on the growing wellness marketplace. Since 2019 Kim has executive produced and hosted the Global Wellness Conversations Podcast for the Global Wellness Institute & the Global Wellness Summit featuring conversations with thought leaders from all sectors of the $5.6 trillion wellness economy – from Blue Zone’s Dan Buettner to Dr. Deborah Birx, the only female on the Trump Administration’s White House COVID Taskforce.
