Her spiritual awakening was preceded by a lot of struggle with things like depression, self-doubt and heartbreak. But once she started doing all the soul work and seeking out alternative modalities of healing, she couldn't get enough and still can't. Lindsay engaged in a lot of self reflection and worked through releasing old emotions and clearing away past trauma. She experienced so much freedom and fulfillment as a result of this process that she needed to share this beauty in any way she could. Now, Lindsay's purpose here in this lifetime is to lovingly guide others as they come to know their own power.
