Mary was recently the Interim Managing Director of Chiltern Railways and she is also the Strategy and Policy Director at Arriva Trains Trains.
However, Mary started out her career as a management consultant in the energy sector working for the likes of PwC, Corven and RWE Consulting.
She was headhunted and asked to consider a move to a completely new industry.
