Ed and I worked together in executive search in the UK over 20 years ago. Ed moved to Australia in the early 2000's and specialises in senior roles within the Finance function.
He co-founded a successful finance function executive search business called Venator and ran that for 12 years.
More recently he has repeated the trick with the co-creation of Emu Search.
As such Ed has superb knowledge of senior recruitment within the finance function and he shares his views freely with me.
