In our very first episode, our guest is actor/writer/director Josh Ruben (Werewolves Within, Scare Me, Make Some Noise). In a wide-ranging conversation, we talk with Josh about early jobs, fears of wolves (and coyotes), Josh's werewolf obsession, the relative sexiness of werewolves and vampires, losing control, dude culture, how horror genre films break down barriers, the deeply-felt responsibility of the filmmaker to cast inclusively, precognitive and lucid dreams, the crossover from horror to comedy and other genres, and we touch upon the simplest secret of success in the business.
