Joey was always a special child (mostly in the m*ntally ch*llenged sense of the word). He was a class clown in school and was always in trouble. His first love was rock 'n' roll but he quickly became corrupted after being introduced to rap music by his older sister. He wrote his first rhyme at the age of 11, under the name Crazy J. At 17, he began battle rapping and eventually found success with the name Jabber Jaw. After winnin g16 freestyle battles at a local Flint night club, he was offered a record deal with FrontStreet Records. After releasing several projects under the names Jabber Jaw & Jab, which were sold in FYE and featured on iTunes, he reinvented himself yet again and settled on the Joey Cough moniker.
