In the Old Testament, God's presence was confined to the Holy of Holies, accessible only to the high priest once a year. But through Christ, everything changed. And in eternity, even the concept of a temple becomes obsolete – not because God is absent, but because His presence is everywhere. Think about it: We often speak of "going to church" or "entering God's presence," as if His presence were limited to certain spaces or times. But the glorious truth revealed in Revelation shows us a future where there's no need for a designated meeting place. Why? Because we'll be living in the unfiltered radiance of His presence. This future reality should transform our present understanding. Through Christ's sacrifice, the veil was torn. We don't need to schedule appointments with God or stand in holy queues. Right now, in the middle of your circumstances, you have complete access to His presence. Whether you're in a church building or your kitchen, at a mountaintop or in a valley season, His presence is your constant reality. Just as a fish doesn't need to search for water when it's already swimming in it, in eternity we won't need to seek a temple – we'll be immersed in His presence. This isn't a loss; it's the fulfillment of every spiritual longing. No more barriers, no more separation, just pure, unhindered communion with our God. Prayer: Father, thank You that You've made a way for me to experience Your presence without limitation. Help me to live today in the reality of Your constant presence, knowing that wherever I am, You are there. Teach me to walk in the freedom of direct access to You, transforming every space into holy ground through Your presence.
