12-year-old Rafferty Stevens wrote to the Prime Minister to thank him for supporting the Paralympics - and the PM read that letter in parliament yesterday.
Raff is a wheelchair athlete in both tennis and basketball - and hopes to make it to the 2032 Paralympic Games.
