Dr. Patricia Kaine has created "The Butterfly Method". She created this method to help hundreds in crisis to seek treatment and avoid suicide in multiple countries. This all came from her own family history with suicide and her own journey with suicidal thoughts. As Dr. Kaine states about the butterfly method, "it supports her patients to choose better solutions to the challenges they were experiencing.
