UGA Mentor Program Ambassador, Kyla Edwards (BS '22), speaks with UGA alumni Yenu Wodajo (BS '02) and Jeffrey Brown (BA '05) about their experiences as Black students at UGA.
Yenu studied communication studies, mass communication, and African American studies while at UGA. She went on to earn a M.A. in journalism and public affairs from American University and later her J.D. from there as well. She's now currently the Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity and Privay Risk at Marsh. Yenu also serves as the Student Success & Support Committee Chair for the UGA Black Alumni Affinity Group.
Jeffrey studied international affairs while at UGA, and currently serves as the Vice President of Development and Marketing for the Partnership Against Domestic Violence. He is also the President of UGA's Black Alumni Affinity Group.
