Tom Palladino, is a Scalar Light Researcher & humanitarian with over 50 years of experience in Scalar Light research and development. Tom has developed Scalar Light instruments capable of administering beneficial Scalar Light intelligence to photographs of people, animals, plants and objects. In so doing, people express an improvement in their general well-being.
