The main thing to know is that in addition to getting ladies pregnant, it also works on manly, fluid-producing Austrian scientists! Just blop a Schwartzenegg in your anal sac, crush yer thrice-daily doses of Expecta-bile, and you too could have a Quato baby with Emma Thompson!
Just be sure you don't tell Frank Langella about it, because he will steal your idea! He has white hair and dark eyebrows, so obviously can't be trusted. Plus, he played Skeletor in the He-Man movie.
