There is much research done on 'working from home'. In this lecture some main findings in the literature are translated to practical tips. The tips concern: How to stay connected to the enterprise?, be aware of the work-life balance and how to avoid sitting in one position all the time and tips how to adjust the work station. It is a lecture for students of the faculty Industrial Design Engineering of the TU-Delft, but it is certainly relevant for those working from home, which is happening now a lot due to covid-19.
