Weekly Warp 04: I do not associate Margaret Thatcher with pleasure

Welcome to PST's Weekly Warp: our new weekly series focusing on current events that catch our eye. This week, join Luci, Lichen, Lazarus, Hunty and special guest Kane Koanoa, as they discuss education in the news: the dangerous, feeble, and inequitable attempt by politicians to reopen schools during the Coronavirus pandemic with neoliberal means and capitalistic ends; and how students and teachers are resisting to ensure the health and safety of themselves and others who stand to be harmed by schools reopening.

Public Space Travel is a podcast dedicated to social/political critique, comedy, and education. Coming from an anti-hierarchy/oppression perspective, we aim for progressive/radical left solidarity with brothers/sisters/trans and non-binary folk of all stripes.

We want to discuss and examine topics (or interview people) that you want to hear about, as well as make corrections for things we’ve said. Reach out to us:
