This week we have one main feature: The Class of ’83. The subject is The Reading Rock Festival of 1983 which was considered as some kind of rebirth for Progressive Rock. You will hear music from every neo-prog band that played, two established bands that were on the bill and two bands that almost made the festival. My personal choice of music for this episode is classic Barclay James Harvest. It’s all part of three hours of superb melodic and symphonic progressive rock.

After I had completed the show for broadcast, I was given these four tracks originally broadcast on Tommy Vance’s BBC Radio One Friday rock show.
