Brain's plan for domination is stolen by his childhood best friend-turned-enemy Snowball the Hamster, who makes his glorious debut. While the megalomaniacal rodents engage in a battle of wits, Snowball tries to manipulate Pinky into turning against Brain. But after Snowball conquers the world and separates the mice, Brain decides to save his world and rescue Pinky from the hamster's clutches.
