Maybe quitting is a good thing. Once you find your passion, vocation and community, leaving can be really hard but moving on to the next chapter and growing is part of life.

Today’s guest, Katelyn Beaty, found her community as the first female managing editor of Christianity Today. But it eventually came time to move on to the next season of her life.

She’s now editorial director for Brazos Press and the author of two books, one of which was just released! "Celebrities for Jesus: How Personas, Platforms and Profits Are Hurting the Church" (2022) and "A Woman's Place: A Christian Vision for Your Calling in the Office, the Home and the World" (2016).

In this episode, Katelyn shared the struggle of being a woman in a christian workplace and we discussed how your vocation becomes a part of your identity.
