In this episode my cousin Vernon is back once again to have a conversation. This was/is the final convo between us here on the podcast as I will be wrapping up the podcast in the near future. But until then, this episode is a reminder to stay focused on the present. Too many times it is easy to think too much about the past or the future and then we lose track of what is happening right now. In addition to that, we talk about how important it is to be in control of the way you feel and being the boss of your emotions. Do enjoy and stay blessed.
