Chris Donald, the mastermind behind the hugely popular British and alternative comic magazine the VIZ, joins peep Newcastle for a chat at The Globe Gallery in North Shields, filled with a bits of nostalgia.

With a sparkle in his eye, Chris recounts his amusing attempts at landing a job at ASDA collecting trolleys, only to be deemed overqualified.
Chris Donald also shares a story about bumping into fellow magazine publisher James Brown in Barbados, peep offer a glimpse into their serendipitous encounter.
On a different note, we dive into meeting world of the UK's first surrealist comedian ‘Wavis O Shave’ or better know as the Channel 4 programme -The Tube’sFelt Nowt’. ‘Felt Nowt’ had a style as eclectic as a surrealist painter with bursts of brilliance, his work has captivated audiences with its curious fascination for subjects like ‘The lost city of Atlantis’, rumoured to lie beneath Yorkshire.
