Which state’s laws are enforced on the Parker Strip? California’s or Arizona’s? Does it depend on what side of the river you’re on? Or what state you’re a resident of? Or what state your boat is registered in? Or what agency pulls you over? How do boating cops do their job, and what should people expect when they encounter them on patrol?
We invited two of the Parker area’s top cops into the studio to ask them about it. Watch on the embedded player here, or go to see the same video on Facebook.
