Welcome back! This episode was going to be about one of the symptoms of BPD, but my mind was in no condition to think, so I decided to tell you about my day with the illness and how it affects me. What started as a 15 minute recording was "skillfully" edited down to about 12! This is the timeframe I am hoping to keep each episode, but we'll see how it goes! Remember to share! P.S. : I was told there were some who couldn't hear the first episode. I changed a few settings in the recording of this one, so hopefully it's better!
