Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness month? According to NIMH, nearly one in 5 US adults live with mental illness. Since the arrival of Covid 19 - depression and anxiety have become rampant. The tricky thing about mental illness is that when you're struggling with it you think you're alone because a lot of people don't talk about it.
