Allan Marks of Millbank LLP joins the podcast this week to discuss the potential ramifications that Silicon Valley Bank’s failure on March 10th will have on the project finance market.
Later in the program, Marks discusses how project finance in general will be impacted by rising interest rates and also talks about the impact of foreign investors in the M&A market.
