The story follows Manhattan District Attorney Margaret, who panics after a young man she met at her hotel bar ends up dead in her room. Desperate, she calls in a professional fixer to clean up the mess, but things get complicated when another fixer, sent by the hotel's mysterious owner, intervenes. The two men are forced to work together to protect both the hotel's reputation and Margaret's career.
