Today is activation day. If you're deaf, and then someone says "January 29 is the day you'll have access to a lot more sound again," yeah, that's a day of days. Andreas and Caroline talk about emotional freakouts and how waiting is brutal. Andreas outlines the activation procedure, then a nervous lack of focus makes an appearance.
