Kevin Mills is the founder of The Mills Group, a Century 21 real estate agency who achieved the number 1 ranking in the world! In addition to leading a real estate sales team, Kevin owns an insurance company and has invested in several real estate asset classes.

Kevin attributes his business success to focusing on who he is being over what he has, leadership, being clear on his company’s core competencies, and being extremely consistent on processes to scale the business.
