With a few mindfulness practices in this session, we did a practice of mindfulness of thoughts. This practice helps us not to get caught up in our thoughts. When we get caught up, then we are also carried away by the currents of the thoughts. We did a self-compassion practice. Self-compassion can be very useful especially when we don't mee our highest aspirations. With self-compassion we create a growth mindset.
