We all experience mum-guilt whether it's around work, staying home with the kids, our bodies, our romantic lives...as a mum it often feel like you can't do right for doing wrong! We cannot be everything to everyone all of the time, and in this episode, I let you into where I have been and what I have been up to since having a social media break. No apologies, an explanation.
