Rosie the Riveter Day, hosted by the Capital Area Manufacturing Council, is a day for the Lansing community to celebrate the storied history of women in manufacturing and the women who started it all, the real WWII Rosie the Riveters. Many attendees dress as Rosie, encouraged, but not mandatory. The event includes the following: Guest speakers from a variety of Michigan organizations. Meet and Greet with Rosies and Veterans.
