Tony welcomes Cyndi Garza, Vice President of National Business Development with Union Home Mortgage Corp. Cyndi began at UHM in 2011 as the first branch in Michigan. Since that time, she has strategically, recruited, trained, and coached the sales team to over 130 people. For the past seven years each and every month, Cyndi’s original team held the number one spot in closed volume and units across the nation. Her team closes just under a half a billion each year. Since 2001 Cyndi has been in leadership positions where she is able to quickly discover strengths within people and build on those strengths to stretch people further than they had ever imagined for themselves. She currently is the regional manager for Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
