Making Waves Episode 85 features D.R.U.G.S. frontman and mastermind Craig Owens discussing the process behind the band's comeback album Destroy Rebuild, how his process during the recording process was reminiscent of Steely Dan's approach, expanding the band's sound to include pop, big rock and ethereal to compliment their post-punk attack. Also, one of the more enlightening items was his story about writing and recording with Dr. Dre as per the good Doctor's request, it's quite the tale. All this and writing sad songs on a boat while being probed by the elders on the previous cruise.
