Happy new year and welcome back to LMLD! We began our episode with a special guest introduction, listener shoutouts, and then by sharing our "lights" of the week. As a continuation of last week, our topic was focused on sharing self-acceptance and self-growth goals of the new year. Last week, we focused on mind and body while this week was all about relationships and professional development! We each shared areas that we want to continue to hone in on as well as areas we would like to make improvements for in the new year. It was nice to reflect, plan, and discuss these topics and we can't wait to see what exciting things are in store for us in 2022! Finally, we shared what we're into for the week.
