Welcome back to our second episode of season two of LMLD! We began the episode by sharing our "lights" of the week, a vulnerable discussion about social anxiety, and quick update on Jamee's running journey (spoiler alert...it's been successful). We then dove into our topic for the week, our first themed topic of the season, all about "beginnings." We talked about the anxiety-inducing things that beginnings bring and discussed all the exciting opportunities that beginnings can bring as well. We also shared some tips we have for overcoming some of the scary aspects to beginnings and what we're looking forward to beginning this upcoming year. Finally, we shared what we're into for the week which included two of our favorite things: the iconic HBO show "Sex in the City" and our favorite author Taylor Jenkins Reid!
