Luke 8:38, 39 – “But the man from whom the demons had gone out was begging Him he might accompany Him, but He sent him away, saying, “Return to your house and describe what great things God has done for you.” So he went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him.” Please note that the 1st part is in English, and the 2nd part is in Malayalam starting at 15:33 mark.
The man possessed by demons gave his testimony to the whole city after being healed by Jesus. God wishes for everyone to lead a good and comfortable life. A person who is supposed to live happily with the family is pushed away to unfortunate situations by the devil. It should be our priority to reach out to God in times of difficulties rather than staying frustrated and losing hope. Also, once we are blessed by God, we should take the initiative to give our testimony to others in order to give glory to God and to encourage others to reach out to God. Also, it helps others to increase their faith and come closer to God. It is one way of preaching the gospel to others. The holy Bible is full of the testimony of different people about God. Eight testimonies from the Bible are discussed. If we don’t give our testimony of our experience or encounter with God, others will not know about it or glorify God. God is behind all our success and achievements. Remember to acknowledge God in front of others so that more people glorify God. When we glorify God, our blessing will multiply in this generation and the coming generations.
